This is an exact reproduction ‘Boeing Shock Plate’ that was used in the original Boeing Airplanes. This is a smaller single plate that mounts in the tail section. Not to be confused with the larger Shock Plates that mount in the front gear legs (2).
In trying to keep everything as original as possible, we had the reproductions professionally made. We are now offering them to those that want to keep their aircraft authentic looking.
